This is a completely private house without a host, and it is recommended for those who value privacy and want to relax (feel free to contact the host♩) The full renovation was completed in July 2024, and the air conditioning and washing machine are new and beautiful. There is a TV on each floor. The stairs leading to the bedroom on the second floor are a little steep, but up to 2 people can sleep on the first floor.(Check out the living room photos to learn more) Our guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Sojiji Temple, Ibaraki City, a 12-minute walk to Hankyu Sogoji Station and a 14-minute walk to JR Sojoji Station. It is about 30 minutes from Hankyu Sogoji Station to Osaka Umeda and Kyoto Kawaramachi, and about 20 minutes from JR Sojoji Station to Osaka and Kyoto. There are supermarkets (Lopia and Kansai supermarkets), Don Quijote, Daiso, and convenience stores within walking distance, so you can enjoy shopping. There is no parking lot on the property, but there is plenty of paid parking nearby.(Within 1 min walk 24 hours 400 ~ 800 yen) * The neighborhood is a residential area, so parties, noise, music, etc. are not allowed.
