The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Big Meder's only house

Spend your vacation in a magical house on the edge of the city, in a quiet location, by the forest, “far from the noisy crowd.” My place is family-friendly, but also for friends. The enclosed area provides absolute privacy. Two terraces offer a pleasant seating area. The outdoor patio has an umbrella, grill, seating area. You can also use the indoor patio in bad weather. Parking is available behind the gate, as well as in front of the house. The house is fully and comfortably furnished. Thermal swimming pool is 1.8 km (20mins walk).

Wild Chestnut Guesthouse

An old row of horse chestnut trees leads to Lipót, where our guest house, which opened last year, awaits its guests. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this, we provide you with 4 bicycles - free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

LAbutka Adventure houseboat

Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

The property includes a closed parking area. You can taste fried fish and cold beer in a very authentic spot just 2 minutes walk from the house at the bank of the river.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.
