We look forward to welcoming you here :) House on my feet,I like it very much,the whole house is hand carried up the hill, I love every screw in it. The house is in a town with a small built-up area. There are a few houses and a garden nearby, so it's not like being alone in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already head out into nature. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for spending time together, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. You can expect a spacious common area with a view of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026) and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

Apartment No. 3 is located on the second floor of the historic house No. 126, in the center of Loket. The apartment is accessible by stairs through a narrow alley along the Black Tower overlooking the castle walls. The design apartment is equipped for 4 people, contains 2 double beds, a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a glass ceramic hob and a seating area for 4 people. The bathroom connected to the toilet contains a shower. The equipment includes a TV, wifi, bed linen, towels and toiletries.

We have prepared our new Garden's 43 apartment for all those who want to enjoy the magic of Karlovy Vary and stay in the very center, at the beginning of the colonnade, overlooking the Thermal Hotel, close to restaurants, shops and Elizabeth Spa, so you will have everything nearby. The apartment is about 110 meters large, has two master bedrooms with double beds, a study that can be used to accommodate additional guests, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchenette.

There are 2 apartments located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and close to the exit from R6 (ideal location for trips to the surrounding area) and offer complete privacy and private parking. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped apartments offer everything you need for your stay. And if you need anything, I'll be happy to help you with anything. In case of booking both of our apartments, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 people.

Apartment Julie is located just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Loket and the natural amphitheater, where cultural events are held. The dominant feature of Loket is the Gothic castle, which can be seen from the apartment window. Near the town there are spa towns: Karlovy Vary, Františkovy Lázně and Mariánské Lázně. In front of the house, there is a spacious free parking lot and a train station.
