Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Downstairs is a comfortable couch with a large smart TV and view of the terrace, a bathroom, kitchen and the entrance area with a wardrobe.

For everyone, their favorite place on 180 m². Open the door, enter, smell the wood-burning fireplace and feel good.

Alpenchalet Dolomites

It is a secluded chalet, nestled far above anything else in the valley. For everybody who needs the sound of silent and loves diving into the nature. We are supporting your travel spirit during this tough time. Close to major hiking and charming towns. It is great for children as we spent all the winter and summer holidays with our four children when they were small.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.

RUSTIC TAVERN IN A 17TH-CENTURY RESIDENCE

Studio in a rustic tavern of 20 square meters located on the ground floor of my 17th century home with independent access and private parking. The studio is very quiet and cool, suitable for a very relaxing holiday. Equipped with WI-FI signal In the house we have a dog and a cat.
