Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Come and enjoy this newly created loft space just for you! Truly a one of a kind accommodation, our location offers you both the convenience of a short walk to town, and the serenity and beauty of Delaware River living. Your weekend getaway occupies over 600 square feet , boasts a river view balcony, two tv's, internet and off street parking... Two night minimum, no pets, and while we do not have a kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave and please do enjoy a cup of coffee on us.

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

Half a block from restaurants bars and shopping, it’s in the center of everything, yet tucked away in a relatively quiet corner. With a view of the iconic New Hope/Lambertville bridge and the Aquetong Creek waterfall from the deck. Two off-street parking space included!
