super cozy space, clean, organized, great location. the beautiful view upon awakening, with mountains covered by the fog. We were very pleased with everything. for sure a place we would come back more often. the parents of Mr. Fábio, super friendly.

Vanessa is an excellent host, a very kind person. We need to check in later and she was willing to wait for us. The kitnet is extremely clean, with linen and towels. The bed is wonderful, we sleep super well. The site also has a garage, if the car is large and is having trouble putting in the garage and Vanessa has her garage for this, since her residence is next to it. The site is about 20 min walk from the park and about 5 min by car. For sure if we return to São Lourenco, we will stay there.

The space is very cozy, has linens and bath linens and household utensils in the kitchen. The atmosphere is quiet and spacious and Leni is very helpful and attentive to the guests. The only detail is that it does not have wi-fi yet.

The house is wonderful, I went to rest and enjoy the best that Minas has, the hospitality. The neighborhood is easy to access and very quiet, has a nearby market and bakeries. The water source of São Lourenço, free, with and without gas is close to the house, as is the water park and the Antônio Dutra exhibition park. Michela was very attentive and I hope to return soon. 🕊❤️

I thought the accommodation was great and special to Maria who is so friendly and polite. There is a place to stop the car, very quiet street and the city is beautiful. For those who do not have a car, they will need to walk a lot to the center, as the street is on a hill, with residential houses and very quiet to get there. But it's worth too much for people who have a car or don't bother to pick up Uber, as it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Inclusive São Lourenço is a charming city with a lot of commerce and urban and rural areas to explore. It has great infrastructure, with security, fair prices of services and options for tours for everyone. I and my wife will return for sure and nominate Maria for everyone.

The house is beautiful on the inside, very spacious, with beautiful style on the furniture and decorations. And the house on the outside has a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains, with many birds. And in the morning there were always balloons in the sky. A charm. By car everything is easy, but on foot you need to walk about 20 minutes to the water park, but it's a tasty path too. Valéria responded to everything quickly and carefully. Very helpful. And the house had all the necessary accessories, from the kitchen to bed and bath linens. We want to go back!

Super comfy space, with a lot of security. The village has everything in the house, I didn't have to worry about anything. Marisa really thought of everything the guest might need, in the smallest detail. Impeccable cleaning of the house, clean linen and bath linen. New kitchen utensils, complete and new appliances, including a drinking water filter. Hot and cold water in all the bathrooms and sinks. The TOP barbecue area, with all the features for the barbecue and rest area, as well as several games for group play. TVs in every room connected to the internet and Netflix ON. We'll be back for sure!

The place is peaceful , the accommodation was clean and organized and everything was working perfectly ( air conditioning, smart TV, shower , electric kettle and coffee maker). Thoughtful host and cuts.

The location is excellent, right in the center of São Lourenço, walking distance to Parque das Águas, with varied commerce, great restaurants in the surroundings and a wonderful bakery next door. Host Claudia and her husband were really nice, responding quickly. The apartment is spacious, with large rooms and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean and smelling bedding. We love it! We would definitely return.
