The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, surrounded by greenery and the Perugian hills, very quiet. Tactical location for exploring northern Umbria.

We stayed at Marina's place for 4 dreamy days. The 200-year-old building is immersed in beautiful nature and overlooks from every window and balcony a breathtaking view and unforgettable sights of sunrises and sunsets. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is evident that every detail was thought of and nothing was missing. The apartment is tastefully decorated, a combination of old and new in a way that gives a feeling of warmth and home. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The fireplace that can be lit on cool evenings adds to the warm and homely atmosphere. The apartment has a yard and two magical balconies. Marina is a wonderful host! Generous, very friendly, and caring for all our needs. Recommendations and explanations provided to us by Marima for travel options in the area were interesting, detailed and very valuable. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place and we will definitely be back!

What a memorable vacation... We've been back for a couple of weeks and we're still thinking about it... Paolo and Flora and their whole family were impeccable hosts. We spent a few days under Easter with our dogs, one of which is convalescing, in their home practically... My husband and I had come from a very hard and difficult time and at home ethically we were reborn. We felt loved, pampered, respected in privacy, involved, and understood. Really wonderful experience. In addition to them, the house is also of an embarrassing beauty, you enter and you are embraced by the surroundings, we felt at home... We'll never forget this special experience. Paolo and family, the house, the garden, the Moti and the Negroni revisited of an ethical house 😉 Simply thank you. ❤️❤️❤️ Ps. Leyla is finally healed and Paolino is still in love with Moti.

The house is in a fantastic secluded location. The view from the pool is stunningly beautiful. We arrived with 2 small children and the grandparents. For the little ones, there is a cool carousel, as well as swings and a mobile seesaw. High chair and baby cot are provided. We got great restaurant recommendations from Stefania and were even able to get into the house earlier than indicated. That was great! The garbage was picked up regularly and the pool cleaned. The rooms all had their own bathroom. The kitchen looks a little like canteen kitchen. Dishes, pots, etc., are sufficiently available. However, we had to buy dish soap, tabs, sponge and garbage bags ourselves. Wifi is only close to the router. Towels for the pool can be rented for a fee. Every once in awhile, donkeys and horse came to visit the fence, so pure idyll! The outdoor area is really great, the interior design is a bit outdated. It was still a nice stay :-)
