Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to our cozy guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.

Det er muligt at overnatte 4 personer, da der udover en dobbeltseng er sovesofa med ekstra dyner. Vær opmærksom på at det er ét åbent rum. Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

This newly renovated apartment for max 2 adults is perfect both for you who commute or as a holiday home. Contains 1 living room and 1 bedroom. It is located in the middle of the shopping street and just a 2-minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night
