All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and a fantastic location - this is just the thing for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

The house is right next to a beautiful beach, harbor and large shopping center, and the train or your own car to Copenhagen City Center is 24 minutes away. Møns Klints Geo Center 50 min. Roskilde Cathedral 25 minutes. Hamlet's Castle 55 min. Cultural places and entertainment are within a short distance. The house contains 3 good bedrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen and 2 toilets. Parking for 2 cars at the entrance.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Enjoy your own private beachside guesthouse – a stylish 40 m² annex just 200 meters from the sea and 25 minutes from Copenhagen. Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
