This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is in the heart of historic downtown Gordonsville. No box stores here. Just quaint shops and restaurants. The apartment is on Main Street nestled in the middle of boutique shops and brick sidewalks with Monticello, Montpelier, the University of Virginia, Shenandoah National Park, local vineyards and many historic sites near by. This is a private second story apartment above a local business with a separate entrance and key-less entry.
“This place is perfect. A great little place for a quiet getaway. Martha is an amazing host. The apartment lacks nothing in amenities, style and comfort. Everywhere you look there is a thoughtful “extra” that goes above and beyond. It has everything you forgot to pack and then some! We’ll definitely stay here again. Loved it, and love this little town.”

“The place is beautiful and the apartment is spacious and clean. I have not spoken with them personally but the communication I had was very nice and fast. The price is perfect and I definitely would book it again. I recommend it for everyone who wants to go hiking in the National Park.”
Cozy, log cabin with mountain views, near wineries, Shenandoah National Park, and Charlottesville. For the business traveler, we are located 10 minutes from IIHS, 15 minutes from NGIC and 20 minutes from the Charlottesville airport.
“Carolene's cabin is better than described! It's cozy and very clean, thoughtful touches such as q-tips and extra bath towels, awesome guidebook filled with restaurants and things to do nearby, and sweet treats available at check-in. The view was incredibly beautiful, with horses roaming the fields from our balcony and mountains in the distance. We would absolutely recommend staying here!”
