The street itself is a dead end, so there's no traffic, it's quiet, peaceful. The free beach is also 5-7 minutes on foot, so it's conveniently accessible at any time. Shopping options (Aldi) can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is comfortable for 6+2 people: 2 bedrooms+ 1 door separable living room.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
