Willkommen auf der Schwäbischen Alb! Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock, auf ca 90m² modern ausgestattet. Der Garten steht zur Verfügung, Parkplätze am Haus. Tübingen und Reutlingen sind binnen einer halben Stunde erreichbar, bis Stuttgart/Autobahn A8 etwa 50 Km. The apartment is on the 1st floor, on about 90m2 modern and cozy equipped. The large garden is available, parking directly at the house. Tübingen and Reutlingen can be reached within half an hour, to Stuttgart/Autobahn A8 about 50 km.

Newly renovated and newly furnished 1-room apartment, separate bathroom with shower, 1 storage room, fully equipped kitchen with fold-out dining table, 4 chairs, covered outdoor seating area, private entrance. Area is rural, car necessary, nearest supermarket about 10 km away, 2 restaurants and 1 cafe within walking distance. In addition, the main and state stud Marbach is in the immediate vicinity.

The best shopping is probably in Münsingen (about 10 km away). There is also a covered terrace in front of the front door. Of course, as already mentioned, I was on my road bike again, could park the bike in a separate room and hang the bike clothes out on the terrace. Also this time I sent my suitcase by DHL in advance. As a cyclist is a class thing. When I arrived the suitcase was already in the apartment.
