Vacation rentals with a patio in Sophia Antipolis

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. A person on the spot is still available. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls had a good time. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The area of the Riquier neighborhood is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade), but they can be reached in a short time both old Nice and the Castle, and the Promenade, and the Piazza del Mercato, and the Piazze Massena and Garibaldi, etc. In the same street of the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around different boulangerias/patisserie. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for visiting the towns of the French Riviera by train, without moving your car. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with our 2 children at James's place. the apartment was very clean, nicely decorated. the outdoor space is nice. James was very responsive in these responses and always nice. If we come back to Mandelieu we already know where we will sleep 😉

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

I wanted to thank Alena who was a perfect host. We booked this villa for my wife's birthday. Alena left us a message and a little gift on this occasion. The villa is very pretty and has a very well maintained garden. She made sure we could enjoy the pool by heating it to 28 degrees. This stay was great. She was proactive in what we might need and always very responsive. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Absolutely wonderful villa! Absolutely perfect for families and children! So close to the beach and in such a peaceful setting! We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Wiktoria was a very friendly hostess and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in Boho style. It had everything you needed. From a capsule machine to washing machine tabs, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only downside was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the complex. And unfortunately, restaurants, shops and the large pool were already closed at the end of September. Thank you for the nice stay!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time this year. That speaks for itself. The apartment offers everything you need. We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Cécile's home is carefully decorated and perfect for a couple who love golf. The view and amenities available for this place are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Feel free to order the small board to start a vacation that you will remember fondly.
