Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin, in a quiet area with a stunning view! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Authentic log cabin on the edge of a steep slope, surrounded by old pine forest near an organic farm. Enjoy panoramic views of treetops and the valley from a wood-fired hot tub or the fireplace in the living room while the kids play in a separate treehouse. The outdoor-toilet provides a 7-meter free-fall experience, and a cable car transports firewood up to the cabin. Unique new cottage with good standards

Relax with the whole family at this great space. Lovely loft cabin with bed for 6 people. The chalet has all the necessary amenities. Here there are opportunities to swim, row or paddle and to go hiking. Fishing trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cabin. 60 minutes to Kristiansand. About 35 minutes to Evje, Mineralparken, climbing park, go-kart. 10 minutes to Bjelland city centre, Joker groceries, Bjelland petrol, Adventure Norway, rafting+++

Chicken house Lower Snartemo gard

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history. A pearl by the sea!

Welcome to us! New funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and beautiful views of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
