Here there are both winter and summer activities such as bike park, hiking trails, top tours, fishing waters, miles of cross country trails, ski resorts and ice skating water The cabin is located at 702moh, with the cross country/hiking trails about 50 meters from the cabin wall, and about 5 minutes walk from the alpine ski resort and cafe. Top hike, bike ride, walk or cross country ski trip can literally start at the cabin wall.

Langrennsløyper i umiddelbar nærhet, fiskevann og badeplass med liten strand en gåtur unna. Det er sengeplasser til åtte personer. Hytta har elektrisitet, vann og kloakk. Baderommet har dusj og vaskemaskin. I tillegg finnes oppvaskmaskin, fryser, peisovn, internett og type 2 elbillader. Stor terrasse med gassgrill og spiseplass.
