Location: The house is located in Bringsli which is 8.3 km further into the valley from Straumsnes which is the center of Valnesfjord. There are, among other things, a grocery store and eateries. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Bodø, 40 minutes to Saltstraumen and 20 minutes to Fauske.

Great cabin in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of the fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a diversity of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the property, and with little light pollution in the area, there are high chances to see northern lights in winter. From the parking lot AT Rv80 it is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small nature terrain.

Welcome to "Gammelstua" An idyllic Nordland house in Nordfold with fantastic views. 5 guests, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds and an attic room with a sofa bed. Restored and renovated Nordland house located in the middle of the village overlooking Nordfoldfjorden. Very cozy atmosphere in old style. We have the northern lights on clear winter nights. Normally a lot of snow in winter. Countless hiking areas both winter and summer on foot or on skis on marked trails and slopes. Close to the store, close to the speedboat to Bodø or Lofoten.

Enjoy the tranquility in beautiful surroundings at Strøksnes. Over 100-year-old small house that is under renovation. Nice view, short distance to the river or the sea for swimming, football field, barbecue facilities, fine fishing opportunities, short distance to Bjørklund farm where you can buy cinnamon buns, pick your own strawberries/blueberries. A small local shop about 3.5 km away, limited opening hours. Nice hiking areas. Approx. 300 m to the ski slope. Driving distance to Hamarøy, Steigen and Rago National Park.

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to supermarket, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light.
