The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). The cottage "La Petite Maison", furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
