I had a great stay - beautiful new apartment, right in the centre, 5 mins walk from the train station/ 25 euro uber trip to Monaco. Perfect location. Super clean and spacious place. You do beed to bring your luggage to 3 rd floor with no lift though. Saimir, who manages the property with Anya was there every day and helped with everything straight away. And also helped amazingly with keeping my luggage longer on check out. Massively appreciate! Will def come back! Thank you, team!

Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

We had a great weekend stay at Patrick and Virginie’s place. The apartment is super cute and quirky and matched the description perfectly. The location was amazing, right in the old town and walkable to some great restaurants bars and shops while being tucked away so nice and private. Antibes is also lovely with pretty winding streets and squares, some great walks and beautiful beaches. Patrick and Virginie were also great hosts, really helpful, with great communication and very responsive to any questions. All in all a great stay and would definitely return again!

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We loved it so much that we didn't see the time pass to the point of forgetting the checkout date. The apartment is superb very well equipped with great taste the location is perfect just next to the convenient train station to get around I would highly recommend it Everything was perfect for a very nice lemon festival

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Highly recommended apartment because everything is there: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the city center, the kindness and flexibility of the owner (we wanted to arrive earlier than expected and she accepted without problem), the pool and especially the amenities of the apartment. We also greatly appreciate the cleanliness of linens, laundry of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towel, towels and limmense terrace with its sunbeds and tables.
