Stayed there for a month , felt at home ! Everything you need is near the house, a beautiful beach 500 meters away, shops nearby , good cafes nearby . The house has everything you need and even more , a very large and cozy apartment . A very comfortable and bright apartment. Shops are within walking distance, as well as restaurants. The most beautiful beaches on the island are a 15-20 minute drive away. Ideally located to enjoy the sea!

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!
