This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. The Ranch

Small wooden house located in the heart of an equestrian and educational farm. In the countryside but within walking distance of the shops of Saint Ouen du Tilleul. 5 min drive to Elbeuf center and 20 min to the heart of Rouen. Guests can enjoy the 4 hectares of the property to relax, rest, picnic. Possibility to visit the educational farm, to rent a pony in hand for a discovery or to book horseback riding lessons and guided hikes in the forest.

Need peace and quiet and to unwind? Nestled in the Boucles de la Seine Regional Nature Park, this cozy and comfortable farmhouse welcomes you. Located between the marsh and the forest, you can admire soaring storks, walk along the interlacing Seine or tremble with emotion while listening to the majestic deer call. Many hiking trails are accessible near the cottage. In summer and winter you can enjoy the jacuzzi as well as the sauna.

Nestled in a charming village of boatmen, our farmhouse has been tastefully renovated to preserve the charm of the old. Every detail has been thought out to create a cozy and warm atmosphere. You will find exposed wooden beams, stone walls, cathedral ceilings in each room. Period furniture adds authenticity to the whole.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
