Great location, responsive host and a clean well-equipped apartment. The 2 bathrooms are great if you travelling with kids. I would definitely visit again

We enjoyed the 8 nights we spent there. Valeria and Riccardo were very nice and helpful hosts. Everything is easy and as described. We recommend just around the corner from the flat the Osteria Da Nicola (the cook is a true original), but you need to book in advance, since it's always full, especially on weekends. The other one, which we found exceptional, was Restaurant Do Ombro. We especially enjoyed the bicycles (8 of them for the entire house with 3 flats) to get around and easy to go to the Islands of Pellestrina, Lido, and Venezia, the only issue was getting there by bike. Due to limited space on the ferry, only approximately 30 bikes are allowed, so an endless line to get on board, which is a waste of time. So the 2nd time we went, we went without bikes and bought the 24 h-Pass for 25 EUR, including all the public transportation (bus and public boat rides in Venice, which give you plenty of great scenic boat city tours). Chioggia is a lovely city, Sottomarina as well, so enjoy!

this place was our favorite! it's is perfectly located, 10minutes to the beach or into old town Chioggia. around the corner there is some shops and very diverse mix of bars and restaurants. also it is very easy to access Venice from here! the place itself has everything you need. we were 2 families with a dog and a baby and were well accommodated. and then there is Gio! he is the best! always! checking in all the time to make sure everything is good. every small concern he takes seriously. he makes your stay perfect in every way he can! and lastly Chioggia is a perfect Italian city on the ocean! we really enjoyed the Italien way in the suburbs of Chioggia + we will be back for sure! thank you for everything Gio! you are a perfect host and made our stay special!
