Alice's apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Chioggia, nested between two canals. The apartment is beautiful, modern, well-equipped and quiet. For those who come to Chioggia by car, the Park Unione is nearby and affordable (€10 a night in December). Meanwhile, bus #80 takes you to Venice from Rua Niccaria in Chioggia in 65 minutes for €14 round trip. The last bus back to Chioggia is late in the night, making it convenient for a day trip. As to Alice, she is super responsive and available. She gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and sightsee. Thank you very much, Alice, for a delightful stay.

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

It was a great stay! A very comfortable place for a family - a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a large closet in the rooms where you can easily unpack for a longer stay. The availability of the garage is a huge plus - we were out of season and in the area quite tight with parking space. Our car was 4.85meters and fit in the underground garage for a contact, but it was possible;) very good communication with the host. The apartment is very close to the beach within walking distance with small children without a wheelchair ;) we highly recommend!!! Chioggia itself is lovely! We will definitely consider your apartment when we are in the area.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well heated. The location is convenient to both the beaches and the center of Chioggia. The apartment is on the second floor and the access stairs are "challenging" if you have a large luggage. The bikes provided make it easy to get around. There are some paid parking areas nearby, 5-8-12€ per day in low season. The instructions provided make it easy to find the apartment.
