Family-friendly vacation rentals in Souda

We stayed at Georgia's mansion during our honeymoon at the end of September. The place was large for two people, but we felt like royalty with all of the space :) The mansion is beautifully redone on the inside - it has modern amenities with a traditional aesthetic. The place had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside. The pool was wonderful! We spent our afternoons lounging after hot days in Chania and the surrounding areas, which offer lots of restaurants, attractions, and great shopping! The area was great as well - easy to get to, quiet, and with easy access to the main road that can take you east or west in no time :) We highly recommend a stay at this beautifully restored mansion, and we hope to be back ourselves someday!

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

Warmly welcomed with delicious local Greek products, I immediately felt that the stay was going to be pleasant! The apartment is conveniently located, very close to Chania and great beaches. Everything is spotless, clean and perfectly equipped. And what about the hot tub… a real joy after a busy day exploring the surrounding area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family — Charilaos thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need for my baby, which made traveling with so much easier and more enjoyable. The pool was absolutely amazing, clean, inviting, and the perfect place to relax. The view from the property is just breathtaking. Charilaos went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The places is perfect.

The apartment is extremely well located in the city center, many restaurants nearby. On the other hand, there is a little noise in the evening but it didn't bother us and seems a little obvious given the location. The bedding is a little too firm for my taste on the other hand. The apartment was very clean . We really enjoyed the terrace with the hot tub without any vis-à-vis

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, close to Chania by car. Easy street parking which is very quiet. The apartment is very spacious, it can be suitable for 2 families. Our host's welcome is perfect. The stay around Chania is very pleasant. Recommended!

Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach and more. Very safe and quiet, yet steps away from everything that you might need.

Savoula's apartment is in the center, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is functional. The big plus is the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I really enjoyed it and recommend this apartment without a doubt.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We spent several days in Villa Nikki and had a wonderful time. The house, the view, the Pool - everything was just amazing. Communication with Giannis and his team was also perfect. If our vacation wouldn't have ended we probably just would have stayed there for ever :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Corner House - an adorable bijou apartment right in the middle of the town. The location is wonderful with the atmospheric and beautiful narrow streets around, and a lovely view onto a quiet square where the birds fly around. Michalis was so friendly and helpful giving us local recommendations for food. Though the street itself is calm there was a bit of noise of people walking home from their nights out on Saturday night - probably just a Saturday night thing and unavoidable in any city, but just a mention in case you are sensitive to sound! But we absolutely loved the apartment and would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment, very nicely decorated with retro stuff (e.g. computer games). Spic and span, very cozy bed, spacious balcony, everything essential within walking distance. George is a great host, always responded very quickly to requests and gave us many helpful recommendations. Will come again any time

Wow! Where to begin with this review - this was probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had overall, and we have stayed in a lot of airbnbs! Manos and Klelia made sure we had a fantastic experience in Chania , they are so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, super responsive and they really went above and beyond; to the extent that when we arrived they gave us a home baked banana bread loaf and fresh home baked pastries from their shop!! As for the apartment, we stayed for one month and it was a home away from home. It is in a great location, 10 minute walk from a lovely beach and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and even had a little home gym outside which we used daily, it has a sheltered parking spot and a little private patio. 100/10!! Thank you Manos and Klelia for an unforgettable trip.

There were three of us in the apartment, including a 3-year-old child. The place was as described and the hosts make every effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Communication in advance and during the stay was super fast and helpful. We received a lot of tips and descriptions to find our way around. The shared roof terrace is very nice and the balcony of the apartment is also a good size. The furnishings are simple, but it has everything you need. We can absolutely recommend this place (value for money is right).

I highly recommend this accommodation. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything is clean and tidy. There is also a washing machine, which can be very convenient. The house has a spacious garden that is beautifully maintained. You have views of both the sea and the mountains. The location is wonderfully peaceful and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect base for trips to Rethymno and the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay. We were also very impressed by the hospitality of the Cretans, especially the homeowners. They gave us a very warm welcome and were easily reachable if we had any questions.

Lovely week in this home. We were quiet and the view from the terrace is amazing. The change of sheets and towels during the week is appreciated. The apartment is new inside and very clean. Common areas are cleaned every day which makes the place very clean. Thanks to its configuration, we were able to interact with people who live there and who gave us addresses of taverns and places to visit. After a few days we found small restaurants and beaches next door, very nice. Our stay was excellent!

We stayed as a family of four for a week. The villa consisted a main floor with a modern, clean and well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting/dining room with lovely views over souda bay and towards chania. A large jacuzzi bath was also off the sitting area. The rest of this floor was three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower/ tub combo and the other a wetroom style. A further bedroom/ shower room was on the floor below via an outside staircase as well as a well equiped gym. The outside area was expansive and enough for our boys to run around. The villa also had a number of indoor and outdoor games for the boys to enjoy. But a lot of our time was spent in the heated pool! Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The villa was very clean, comfortable with stunning hilltop views. The location was close to the airport, local resturants and shops and we had food delivered to us a number of times. A special point was the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts, thank you!

Wonderful House in beautiful surroundings, big garden, great pool, great views. We really felt at home, every kitchen tool an all necessities were there, shelves full of books in english, german an norwegian language. Eivind is a very nice host who answered promptly to all questions and provided valuable recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful time on Crete!

Amazing place, very relaxing. Beautiful outdoor area with a lovely pool. Marilena was very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
