10/10 for this listing! Nothing to say, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, tidy, functional and very pleasant. Asma was available at any time as needed. The apartment is ideally located, everything is within walking distance (7 min from the beach and boulevard), the underground parking is a plus. The pool was very clean, the staff very nice. I would 100% recommend this apartment. I'll be back! Thank you Asma. 😉

A perfect apartment for families, very nice in a very good and safe area, easy to find, everything very well organized and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner is a delight, super attentive at all times. The pool is clean. Everything was perfect, it was a very good experience, if I go back to the city I will definitely stay there. Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thank you again for this vacation!

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Great place with an amazing spacious terrace. Well furnished with all you need for a perfect stay. The helpers lamia and naima were wonderful. Jad was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well maintained. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to respond to our needs. The location is ideal, only 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M 'diq, making excursions very easy. An experience to repeat, I'll be back with pleasure!

It was a nice place in a quiet location. It was a clean apartment the bedding and towels smelled nice ! You have a large garden at your disposal when you sit on the balcony you will see the beautiful sea! Only downside is that you do not have the entire villa at your disposal as it is advertised but only the upper floor. the price is good for what you get some things are due to replacement. Nice host
