Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Nous avons passé un séjour de qualité une famille au top, très accueillante et chaleureuse on s’est senti comme chez soit. La famille white cats était bienveillante et disponible à tout moment. Une villa magnifique avec piscine et vue sur mer. Ambiance paisible, pas de bruit pour passer de bonne vacances. Le cadre est très agréable, retour à la nature avec la montagne au pied de la porte et accessible pour voir le coucher et lever du soleil en compagnie de la famille white cats. Merci beaucoup pour ces magnifiques souvenirs qu’on gardera de votre villa et de votre magnifique famille. À bientôt parce qu’on compte bien revenir dans votre domaine !

Excellent stay, Private, Great Pool & Very Clean... Hela was very responsive & friendly on the chat messages. Sonia was the lady whom we dealt with & she arranged the check-in, showed is around the villa & Check-out. All ameneties were taken care of. I would definitely recommend the place. Also, visit Cafe Journal is great place for coffee.😊

Das Haus ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ausblick ist sehr toll und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Houssem ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auch erreichbar ist und sich kümmert! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. :)

I had the most incredible stay at this villa! From the moment I’ve arrived, I fell in love with stunning interior. Still, the highlights were definitely the breathtaking sea view and the infinity pool. Everything was immaculate, with a level of cleanliness (especially kitchen) and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that everything in the villa is brand new and thoughtfully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the small garden outdoors, this villa truly offers the perfect balance of style and serenity. I would love to return! La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Airbnb. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmerfenster war total schön. Es ist zwar etwas entfernt von manchen Sachen aber dort ist so gut wie immer ein Taxi auffindbar weshalb das kaum ein Problem ist. Bei einem Problem haben wir auch sofort Hilfe bekommen. Sehr schöne Erfahrung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Très beau logement et un très bel accueil. Le jour de notre arrivée, il y avait un souci avec la wifi mais nos hôtes ont été très réactif et nous ont trouvé très rapidement une solution. nous recommandons les yeux fermés. encore merci à eux

Excellent accueil. Amir est très prévenant et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Ce (tout) petit studio, très bien équipé, est situé dans le meilleur quartier de La Marsa, à 50 m de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces.

We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. Viele Grüße an Youssef und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal

Un bon séjour

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Sofiane, la maison est bien propre. L’endroit est sécurisé rien à dire la maison est bien chauffée. Sofiane, un hôte très gentil, il est toujours là en cas de besoin, je recommande fortement la maison

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour reposant. Parking sécurisé pour notre véhicule avec accès restreint depuis le parking de l’hôtel avec gardien 24/7. Maison très propre, on s’y sent très rapidement chez soi. Je pense revenir pour un prochain séjour à Bizerte. Merci Fatma, Malek et Ender qui gère l’appartement. Nous avons été totalement autonomes durant notre séjour.

This was an incredible Airbnb and the host was so helpful! I had multiple changes with my travel and Chaker was so proactive in helping me. There is everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of linens, and everything you need to feel at home!
