Travis was super helpful throughout the whole booking process, as well as during our stay! The Airbnb itself was very clean, reasonably priced and honestly the perfect walkable spot between downtown South Berwick and Rollinsford - right across the border. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future when visiting friends and family in the area!

Frank's farmhouse and land is beautiful, and the apartment very comfortable. Frank himself was friendly and flexible with regard to check-in, and gave me a quick tour of his property. Very convenient to Sanford/Springvale, where we we visiting family. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

This home was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location with plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance. The home itself was spotless and provided us with everything needed. Would absolutely recommend!

The space has everything one might need including a hot plate, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, washer+dryer, and basic toiletries. Things are thoughtfully arranged without clutter, and the bed is comfortably made and cozy. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for sleeping in, reading and writing. Katie is a thoughtful, kind and highly responsive host. Their property is quiet, peaceful and great for enjoying nature.
