Vacation rentals in South Fork American River

Spacious house and modern kitchen. Has 4 rooms and 2 full bathroom (1 in the master room). Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Host was very responsive and help us to book in the last minute.

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The pictures were great but you’d really have to be there to get why this place is so special. It was Very clean and put together they even took the time out to label everything to make your stay that much more effortless to relax. We took a walk and The locals were very friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel like we’ve been in the neighborhood for years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to appreciate nature and peace of mind. In addition I must ad that my girlfriend forgot her diamond rings and the host immediately contacted us and made sure to get us our property. That type of honesty should not be over looked. It makes perfect sense why the local brewery/ Restaurant , “Cool Beerwerks” Had so many great things to say about the owners of this beautiful home. Place was very clean, well organized, comfortable and very well maintained. Place is very spacious no clutter at all. Has many boardgames to use with family, hot tub and out doors furniture was very much appreciated. If visiting during snow season they have extra sleds which very much appreciated. Had a great time with my family and hope to be able to book again in the future

This place was more than accommodating for my cousins and I! We were there for a family wedding however with enough rooms for all of us, it turned into a mini reunion as well! We had a slumber party weekend and memories for a lifetime! We had 3 vehicles there after we all arrived and there was more than enough room for all 3 cars to be parked in front.

We had a great stay in Coloma in the cottage, the river setting was beautiful and relaxing and the house had everything we needed!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Elliot gave great instructions on finding the home. We BBQ'd the first night. played games and generally had a great time. Everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back and stay.
