Monthly Rentals in South Goa

We had a lovely time at this villa! The rooms were pristine and the kitchen and living area was quite spacious and nice. All of the amenities were easily available and the pool table was particularly fun to use. There are a few popular beaches nearby, so it was easy to visit those as well. And Boris was an amazing host with lots of helpful recommendations during our stay. Overall, we had a great time!

This is a wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Having a clean and private swimming pool is an absolute luxury. Prashant and Ragni are wonderful hosts and can't do enough to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable giving advice on things to do and sharing knowledge of the local area and India as a whole. The only negative is the amount of litter and rubbish which seems to be a problem throughout Goa. This is not a reflection on the standard of accommodation we had and not something Prashant and Ragini can do much about. Overall we had a wonderful two months and would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay in Goa. Thankyou Prashant and Ragni.

Had a great stay at the cottage! Amanda was very helpful, gave great recommendations for things to do/see in the area as well. Cottage is about 10 minutes drive from Agonda, so a car/scooter is helpful (though only about a 30 min walk which is very doable in the morning and evening when not so hot) - but autos/cabs also easy to get to go back later in the night too

The Amber apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location with excellent restaurants and the Trinity beach within walking distance. All communication with both our hosts, Anthony and Hayden was done simply and they came back almost instantly to answer any queries that we had. There was an excellent wifi service in the apartment, with the option to connect a firestick to the tv if so desired. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy to look after, bearing in mind we stayed there for 42 nights in total. I can’t recommend the Amber apartment highly enough, to all and everyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benaulim.
