This is a great getaway, centrally located between 3 cities...Wichita, Hutchinson, and Newton. We are only 15 minutes from each! This is a better experience than a hotel. It is private and you can connect with nature. Those who stay are welcome to throw a fishing line into our sandpits! PLEASE NOTE- This is a remote & awesome fishing cabin. Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.

The Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Now featuring Cable TV in addition to other streaming services! This home is so comfortable and your stay will be worth it for the lake views alone but this home also boasts new reclining couches, 1 king and 2 queen size memory foam beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a great basement for entertainment, 65 inch smart tvs, plus an incredible outdoor and deck area with grill, surrounded by a fenced yard and water!

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request.
