My sweet little house of light is located in a private beach/boating community located on Narragansett Bay. The downstairs apartment is ideal for two. You'll have your own entrance and as much privacy as you'd like. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and washer/dryer. The beach is a 1/4 mile shaded walk. Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.
