Monthly Rentals in South Mountain Park and Preserve

I had a last minute, but very comfortable stay in Tempe! Everything was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated the cereal in the morning, and the water bottle in the room, as well as extra towels and upgraded pillows. The little things Victoria adds to the space truly make it feel like home. Thank you for the accommodation, I’d love to return in the future :)

The deck on the house was perfect for hanging out and relaxing when not at work. There is a nice park nearby too.

We enjoyed our almost 2-month stay at OC's condo. He was very responsive to any of our inquiries. The unit was perfect to accommodate our stay. Furnishings were nice, the unit was fully equipped with all you need as far as pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cabinet space. The in-unit washer and dryer were handy. Furniture and bedding were comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool often in February (January was too chilly). The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!

Kim’s Casita is so perfect for a quick or extended stay for two! The back porch was our favorite part, providing a great view of the city and the beautiful mountains. We’ll definitely stay in the future if in Phoenix!
