Monthly Rentals in South San Jose Hills

We thoroughly enjoyed staying @ Zane’s place. He was such a gracious and accommodating host. This little gem was sparkling clean and so spacious. I would love staying here again if we are ever in the area💝!

Good stay! House looked like photos and had everything needed.

Troy was very communicative, directions were clear. The unit was as described, safe parking. Home was clean and had everything we needed. It’s centrally located to a lot of stores, places to eat and activities for both children and adults!

This was exactly what I was looking for during my 3 days in West Covina! It's definitely a great value. I was gone most of the daytime so I can't speak to how active the other tenants on property are during the day;one n ight they had the TV on quite loud with the volume coming through the walls past midnight. Nothing terrible though. And when I did voice a few inconveniences with Sindy, she was extremely responsive and proactive to address those concerns and find an immediate resolution. All in all if you need a comfortable and safe place to stay while exploring the surrounding areas, this is a great option!
