The place is good, the location is very strategic you can just walk 5 minutes away from Aeon Mall. The room is spacious, the balcon is also spacious. Satisfied to stay in this unit. Perfect for family or for friends. Next time there's a family visiting, you'll definitely stay here again.

I had a very enjoyable stay in Iris’ spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for any needs I had. The shower worked very well and so did the Wifi. Communication with the host was very good. I will come back at Iris’ place if coming again to Jakarta.

Kak Anto was a great host! super flexible and responsive even though I had to change my date of stay, everything is very well instructed and it was a nice stay, there was minimart surrounding the area too, super convenient! P.S. I really like the main bedroom concept where the bed is ascending area from the floor and it has wooden flooring space in between! once again thank you so much! it was nice to stay here during the short trip!

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Great place, Khai was very responsive. Requested for more pillows and blanket and was brought same day.

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Was okay. Clean and felt like home. But please fix for Internet and will be perfect if you change the Television to Smart Tv. And i will back again.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨
