Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

The space of Carla is better than in the photos, a beautiful view, well located and with everything close. The clean and very smelling towels and bedding, of great quality and good taste. Extremely clean apto and a beautiful decoration and was left a mime for our arrival. Carla is super friendly, responds quickly and always in the mood for whatever you need and even gave local tips. We love everything and intend to go back.

The location of the apartment is excellent!! It had all the amenities. It is located between the 6th and 7th posts. Very good security. There is a 24-hour supermarket below the building, which is very convenient. It had all the necessary items for cleaning. It has a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; electric oven and stove and a very good refrigerator, essential kitchen items. I recommend it

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

I and my family went to spend the holy weekday holiday in the apt of Mr. Alayr, it was a spectacular weekend! The apartment is very cozy, clean, tidy, not to mention the view. The view is wonderful, beautiful! For sure, we will return, because the place is unforgettable!! There are lots of things to do there, it's huge, the hills are a little tiring, but it's worth every climb. Haha The children loved the Club, the swimming pools, the natural water pool with lots of fish, the Club court, the hot water jacuzzis, the games rooms, the beach, in short there is plenty to do for any age. Mr. Alayr is very solicitous, responded to the quick messages, anytime.. The children, already asked to return. We miss the city of Ja, this beautiful and unforgettable place! See you soon, we'll come back, without a doubt!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Every year we hold a family event and we are happy to have chosen Marilene's house. We were welcomed by the owners as friends. As the layout of the rooms is well integrated, it didn't matter if you were in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue area, it was possible to interact and talk. The house looks a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. I found the shower to be a luxury. It's been a long time since I've had such a nice shower. We went to the beach that is next to the house and wow... quiet with the warmest water in Búzios. We really loved it! Thanks for a special weekend.

Marina and Luiz super attentive, respond quickly. There was an unforeseen event in relation to my family, and they were compressive, everything went well. I my family loved the house, the house is identical to the photos, close to the beach , quiet condominium. We will certainly come back more times.

We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

Simple house, but it perfectly suited me and my family. The house is 2 minutes from Praia. Laura, always ready to meet us, helpful, very polite. You sure come back more often !

We love beyond the house if the place super comfortable and great condominium calm and organized the flora was super attentive, we felt like we were at home. We will go more often for sure!

AP and impeccable condominium, leisure area, pool are incredible, beach with good and cheap tent next door, I market that has everything, EVERYTHING! and with excellent price, who is staying at the Lucas AP only pack and goes... there you can buy drinks, eat, meat up kkk car parts finally, super recommend and today is the top 1 of the Airbnb that I stayed!

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for family looking for a vacation break, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for stay, as well as Jean's welcome and care to explain about the condominium and make it even easier to stay! Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

I spent the last 5 days in this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and the Jailson all the time in contact with us to find out if we needed anything, always careful with us. About the accommodation, I can say that it was unforgettable days that we spent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures, all very clean, comfortable and an amazing view. We take advantage of all the amenities offered, the access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I did not have to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever spent. Congratulations Jailson, and we will definitely return!!!

Great apartment, everything functional! João Batista and Carlos are very attentive. Everything was clean and fragrant. Complete utensils. The condominium is super quiet and organized, wonderful pool. We loved everything. We'll be back.

Very nice, clean, cosy and well furnished flat just one block from a wonderful beach. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I didn't have time to use the facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc. I can only tell for the flat itself and it was truly top!
