The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say that the best of Enseada Beach. we will come back again and again.

Terezinha is an excellent hostess, very kind and helpful. The apartment is like the pictures. It is close to Shopping Colinas and is easy to access other neighborhoods.

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

Very good the apt, contain everything for the kitchen, it is clean and organiazado. The host responds quickly and was very kind, we had no problem. Super recommend. The hotel is well organized and the staff are very receptive and polite.

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

My stay at Tatiana's place was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Good accommodation. Everyone liked the place. Just one detail: elevator 2 locks a lot; it locked in the feriadão. From Wednesday until today when we left was not tidy. Okay.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

It was all great in the stay, it is only a bedroom with a double bed but it has extra mattress, the environment was very clean, just mind the sandwich maker was dirty but it was not a problem we cleaned up quickly and we used it normally, the air-conditioning grinds the whole flat which is wonderful since if someone goes to sleep in the room it will not be hot, the place is close to several restaurants and markets so it was very good for us, in the building itself there is a cafeteria that serves almost everything is the food is delicious, the flat is super pleasant and you really feel at home, for sure it will be a place that I will come back more my family 👏🏻☺️

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

We had a great time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, grilladas, spacious and very comfortable. Near downtown Arraial and very safe for being a gated condominium. Heloise was very attentive both in the preparations for the trip, upon our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and will surely return another year.

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

I stayed with my family at Amanda's house, which exceeded our expectations in every way..The house is exactly as in the photos, super complete and equipped, there was nothing missing, Amanda always very attentive and quick to respond, a wonderful weekend, was worth a lot and I will come back as soon as possible.

We went from start to finish well served. Local spacious 100% match listing , Luciano had all concern that he was there waiting for us on arrival. Very quiet and gentle. 17 people and We are quietly accommodated. We will definitely be back .
