Vacation rentals with beach access in Southeast Region

Everything was great! Nothing to complain, from the staff of the building to the residents, all friendly and attentive! The Street opposite the balcony of the apartment is busy, but the location is great, some paços and we were already on the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

The stay was great. The house is beautiful, well decorated and gives directly to the beach, which is wonderful. It was all clean and in very good bedding as well as the towels and crockery. Clara, always very kind, answering all our questions and taking care of everything with promptness and great kindness. Kandida was one of unique kindness, it welcomed us very well and helped us much like your whole family. They are wonderful and we are very grateful to them. My family loved the stay. The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

I spent the last 5 days in this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and the Jailson all the time in contact with us to find out if we needed anything, always careful with us. About the accommodation, I can say that it was unforgettable days that we spent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures, all very clean, comfortable and an amazing view. We take advantage of all the amenities offered, the access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I did not have to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever spent. Great location, service, facing the beach, boardwalk, relatively close trade, cordiality of staff, secure parking, a stay that time passed very quickly, made you miss!!

Very nice, clean, cosy and well furnished flat just one block from a wonderful beach. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I didn't have time to use the facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc. I can only tell for the flat itself and it was truly top!
