Once again a lovely visit whenever I come down to the grays area this is the best apartment to be in everything was great and very clean and great communication with host .

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Lovely clean apartment, plenty of space for us all!! A pleasant stay, I'd definitely come back if we return to the area.

Micheal was really warm & welcoming host, with lots of humour & charm. He makes a mean cocktail in their cool little bar at the back of their lovely danish shop He gave us great recommendations for place to go and places to eat . The studio is above the shop and is very clean with everything you need , perfect for 2 people. When we return to Frinton we will definitely be trying to stay at the studio. Thank you’re hospitably

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Stunning spot. Above and beyond expectation. Nikki was a lovely host. We will definitely be back. We loved being outside of the more tourist area. Everything really relaxing and thoughtfully laid out. A plus is the amazing restaurant downstairs. They even delivered to us!

What a lovely place to stay in Chelmsford. Very comfortable with all amenities and 15 minute drive to town centre. Would recommend!

Amazing place in the heart of Whitstable. Yards from the main high street and barely 5 mins from the beach. Located over Tamara’s incredible children’s bookshop which is ideal for any keen reader. My daughter loved being able to pop downstairs and speak to Tamara as we browsed the shop. This is the only place I would stay if we returned to Whitstable!

Absolutely beautiful flat in an amazing location, right around the corner from the sea front. the apartment is stunningly decorated and features all the amenities you could want. A peaceful, restful stay that I already cannot wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

Good to stay for an early flight from Stansted airport!

We spent 3 nights in Karen’s apartment and wish we had booked longer! The flat is situated very close to the sea and in the other direction to the town. It is perfect for walking and our dog absolutely loved the quieter promenade and pathways within easy reach. The beach is pebbly but empty and great for exploring and sitting. The flat is very homely and has everything that you could need. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of storage. The garden is perfect and colourful and has several seating areas to catch the sun throughout the day. We found it easy to park and there is access at the front and back of the flat. Our local recommendation for the best scones we have eaten is for a cafe ‘Salt and Light’ which is about 5 mins walk away - fantastic for breakfast and also open for dinner on some days. A great value and excellent flat which we highly recommend. Thanks Karen.

Lovely stay in a fantastic apartment. Lots of welcoming touches which were greatly appreciated. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location for walking into Canterbury town. Helpful host who was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, Riz, the host, even bought new mattresses for the second bedroom. The location was ideal for our needs—close to public transport, restaurants and super markets. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful tips. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches and attention made us feel like a home away from home. If you are driving, the parking bay is the best you could ever dream of. Highly recommend this gem—I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful cosy apartment in peaceful location close to all amenities. I stayed nearly two weeks (for work), found it very comfortable and homely, spacious, and well enough equipped to cook each day. Highly recommended. Excellent communication from Naith and easy check in too.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Very close to the high street and all the shops and restaurants. Parking space was secure and a real bonus! Tessa and Jim were very responsive to queries and kept in touch throughout. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Whitstable. Five star property and host.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout. Location was central, in walking distance to the train, the pier, the beach. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We had a great time. Thank you!
