Amazing place to stay so close to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Such a lovely property: Peaceful, private with beautiful decor and gardens. Would definitely love to come and stay again and happy to recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Gareth & Koen were super helpful and responsive too — thanks for a great stay!

This is my 3rd visit to Cockatoo House. We keep coming back as it has all that we need to look after the show dogs, and attend the Royal Show. Great bathroom, all kitchen amenities Off street parking for several cars. Plenty of space outdoor, undercover. Several living areas inside too.

Leo was extremely helpful, he let us know we left a shirt behind and arranged for us to come back to get it after check out. The place was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

My stay was all I could wish for & more. I had some trouble finding the cottage but that was my sat nav being very stubborn. When I requested assistance from Peter and Mandy they responded immediately. On arrival at the cottage getting in was a breeze. P & M very graciously worked with the cleaner so that I could check in early as I had to get to a wedding. The cottage is as the pictures but even better. It was spotless, beautiful linen on the beds & the kitchen was very well kitted out. They also included with the towels a face washer, which is hardly ever done but was much appreciated. There was a huge deep bath but I didn't get a chance to use it. The cottage has some wonderful pieces of furniture & decorative items, including an amazing coffee table. My bed was really comfortable & both nights I had a great sleep which was helped by the fact that the area is extremely quiet despite being in walking distance of the town centre. The cottage is very comfortable & homely.

The house was aged but clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We have 3 dogs who loved the large safe yard and also the reserve behind for long runs. Dog friendly beaches were minutes away. We would recommend a stay here.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Karuna offers a no fuss, modern , comfortable accomodation with some useful extras. Very considerate host.

Fantastic spot for a weekend getaway! Perfectly suited for two families, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves. The house is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable retreat. It’s conveniently located near all of Canberra’s main attractions, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped, and essential cleaning supplies are provided, making the stay even more seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a great place to stay. Well kept and located near a lot of great restaurants. Location in walking distance to a light rail station was also a bonus we were not expecting. Jeremy was quick to respond to us, and made us feel right at home.

The apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of Canberra. There are loads of amazing restaurants a short walk away, the tram is across the road, Lake Burley Griffin is a 10 minute cycle, and Coles etc. is a 5 minute drive. There is everything you need for a self-catered stay and the apartment was very comfortable to hang out in while not out exploring Canberra. The access to the swimming pool, sauna, and gym was great and our boys loved playing in the pool. Having the secure car spot was a great addition too as we could safely store our bikes in the underground car park. Although the apartment is in a central location it was nice and quiet in the complex at night and so there was no disturbance to our sleep. Aaron was very friendly and responsive with his messaging. We experienced some internet issues on arrival and Aaron was straight onto it, even contacting the internet provider to check on any outages in the area. I would recommend Aaron's place for a stay in Canberra.

The property is ideally located within walking distance of local attractions, cafes, and shopping, making it very convenient. The availability of a dedicated parking space was especially helpful for our family with two young children. The hosts were wonderful—extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. So much so, we booked to come back a few months later after visiting in January 😁It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway with your fury friends. Our dogs LOVED it just as much as us. If you're a wildlife lover, this place is full of your Australian favourites (perfect for our overseas guests) 😍 Wombats everywhere ( best to see at dusk/dawn..although we saw one as we were leaving at 10am), echidnas and we were even lucky enough to see a platypus..you just need patience 😁 And of course the river is sublime. No doubt we will be back again soon❤️

Wren's View Lodge was wonderful - we had such a happy stay with our family over a long weekend; the house was so peaceful and comfortable, very well-appointed and with thoughtful touches everywhere - including a generous bottle of wine left for us to enjoy! The garden is just lovely, with fragrant jasmine welcoming you as you walk up the path to the house - and we loved sitting in the back garden with a cup of tea watching the wrens, as well as the nearby kangaroos. It was great for our dog also - with a fully fenced back and front yard and bowls kindly provided for food and water. A great location with a short walk to Maloney's beach and to the walking trails of the national park. Thank you for a great stay - we would love to return one day.

Beautiful House, very quiet and super clean. We felt safe and slept like logs. There is a Lovely terrasse and the street is super nice, leading you to IGA or the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

The old town hall was a great visit for us and our two dogs. It was a perfect space for us as well, being charming, warm and well appointed. The convenience to local venues was optimal but the site remained quiet and private. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved Daniel's place in Palmerston. The decor is lovely and he has thought of everything to make you feel at home. Generous with towels & cleaning products as well as coffee, tea and condiments. The area is so quiet, you could hear a pin drop! Beds were super comfortable and there was ample blankets/pillows which was great as change of season meant it was a little cooler than expected. We did a bit of cooking and there was everything we needed in the kitchen to make this possible. We hope to be back again soon. Thanks Daniel, you're a great host!

Lilly Pilly Beach is such a gorgeous little protected beach where we loved going when my daughter was little. To be hidden away amongst the gum trees, with sounds of birds and nature, to see the stars and the Milky Way in all its glory at night, was very special. Lauren is responsive and lovely to deal with. She has arranged everything in the house superbly. It is beautifully fitted out and well equipped to make for an easy and luxurious stay for those who like good coffees and cooking. She even has martini glasses and a martini shaker! The ping pong table was great fun. Being able to bring our 17 year old cavoodle was incredible. She had a great time. There are lots of outdoor sitting and eating places. It's a gorgeous spot and we had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect place if you’re looking to unwind. Peaceful and serene amongst the trees and close to the beach. Perfect location, communication was easy and place was super comfortable. Highly recommend.
