Amazing place! Just like the pics. Beautiful views of the water and high enough to not hear much noise from the pool or street. The beach service was very convenient, and we had lots of beach toys in the closet to bring. The beach itself was pristine, white sand, clean, and emerald green waters that stays fairly shallow (waist) for quite a distance. Great for kids that want to play in decent waves while surfers ride in the distance. Lots of good options around but we had car to venture out a few miles for all the options. Parking was a breeze.

This was a very time limited visit for our family so the location was absolutely perfect for us. A very quick walk to the beach (which was so lovely and peaceful) and close to anything else we were in need of. Thanks so much for providing a wonderful place to stay.

The location of this house is so great. The community is very private, so it feels very safe and non-touristy or crowded. We really loved the 3 minute walk to the beautiful private beach and the larger pool right near the beach when we wanted to get some full sun and float around. We also really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. It was larger than I expected when looking at the pictures. The hosts, Blake & Jennifer, were so kind and always very quick to respond whenever I asked a question. The house, furniture, and beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need which was nice when we wanted to grill out or cook breakfast. Bathrooms were spotless and super clean! We really loved this area and will definitely be back. Check-in and check-out were both super easy.

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!

Loved this place. Super clean and “airy” - no clutter. Being able to take the golf cart out to explore the water and charming town was a huge bonus. We also enjoyed the private pool. Beds are comfy. Water pressure and shower temps perfect. Beach gear and towels included. No needs unmet. Great stay and a great value.

This house was absolutely beautiful! There were 13 in my party, and it was perfect for our number of guests! Victoria was consistently in touch and quickly answered any questions I had! Beautiful community and great mix of ages of people! Beach is super close and Ubers are super accessible (if needed)! We had an absolute blast!

Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!

Our stay at Bills place was one of the (if not THE) best experiences we have had on this platform. Our family was tired and wore out from Hurricane evacuations and both Bill and Lisa were kind, caring , and accommodating above and beyond what was asked. The spaces were nice, clean, and well kept and their location near the beaches and the downtown shopping areas is unmatched for the affordable price. We are thankful to have had a caring host that helped our family out in a time of stress during a hurricane and in need of some rest and relaxation. Thank-You!!!

Thanks for the dog toy. It's nice the lady across the drive checks in and is friendly when we run into her. Love that she included soap for the laundry this time. Nice place and this was our second stay. Looking forward to booking this place again next year.

It was just as described. Perfect for a quick weekend get away. The back porch was perfect to sit and listen to the rain. The kitchen was well stocked and super clean. The whole place. Jennifer was very responsive and made check in and out very easy. We will stay here again.
