Vacation rentals with a patio in Southold

Our stay at the Boathouse was just what we needed, a quiet retreat with a comfortable bed, all the amenities we could ask for. A warm welcome from Curran, and attentive to our needs and comfort. We will likely return to the Boathouse on our return visits to visit family in the area.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

We stayed here for 6 days and it was the perfect spot! She had everything we needed & it was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. Erica was extremely responsive whenever we had questions for her. We would definitely come stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Terrific spot…tucked away and peaceful. Walkable to local establishments. The room is large enough for two and has everything you need for a weekend stay!

Aida’s house is very nice place to stay for a getaway in the Hamptons. Amazing outdoor area. Great for traveling with kids. Aida is a great host!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was as advertised and well appointed and comfortable. I would stay again. Our family had a very nice memorable long weekend.

We planned a moms weekend away at Chris’ house and the accommodations were great! Easily fit 8 women comfortably. The only issue was figuring out the heat (it was a fancy thermostat) and definitely could have used a larger coffee pot and more mugs for the amount of people. Otherwise, all good and we would definitely consider booking again!
