Apartment vacation rentals in Southwest Region

The appartment is located literally besides the main road. There's still some activity on the streets even late at night which is a good thing, if you come back home very late or if you wish to get out and grab yourself something to eat. The appartment was as described, the host Michelle was always available to provide assistance if need be. The quality of the Wi-Fi was okay considering I worked there and I could have my audio/video calls. The A/C was great, though I somewhat felt the "swing" function was limited as far as it's inclination level is concerned. In a town like Douala, a fully-funtional A/C is something crucial. The power generator did it's job as well. Regarding the TV, someone was (remotely) messing around with the channels when I was watching the FA cup finals lol. Personally, I'd like to have full control of what I watch everytime. Overall totally satisfied with the place and what it has to offer for that price... 💯 recommending it, 💯 going back !

We ( my husband , me and our 22-month-old daughter) had a great time at Alain's place. He was very available throughout our stay, making sure that everything was going smoothly. He intervened quickly if needed, especially to check water and electricity, and he took care of recharging the electric meter for most of our stay, which was very appreciated. The place is spotless: very clean, bright and as advertised. The building and neighborhood are secure, which allowed us to stay with peace of mind. The driver and vehicle he made available to us were of excellent quality, making our trips pleasant and carefree. Finally, the housekeeper did a remarkable job. I stayed in Amandine's smaller flat. I am a sucker for space, so it didn't feel awesome at first, but was cozy enough. The place is relatively easy to find and there are nice restaurants nearby, Tcho'o, tchopetyamo, African Food by Emy, etc, and it's literally three minutes walk to Petit Terrain Bonamoussadi. The host was super responsive and always willing to help, making the stay really pleasant. The place felt safe and private, which I really appreciate. Overall, very pleased, looking forward to staying at Amandine's place again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Located in a great neighborhood, it is very secure and offers all the comfort you need. The three bedrooms are spacious, making it ideal for my family. The WiFi is not only reliable but also very fast, which was a huge plus! Security is top-notch, with a guard present 24/7, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay with peace of mind. The host is responsive and attentive to guests’ needs. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Douala!

When you love it, you say it! Our host from the moment of booking was kind and kind: everything already foreshadowed a most pleasant stay. Once luggage is laid, what a pleasure to see that some basic necessities were available. My sharp eye also noticed that notable improvements had been made (microwave, cleaning etc...), certainly motivated by reviews from previous users and the desire to improve. If you're looking for tranquility and autonomy, you've come to the right place. The residence is well served and easily accessible, you will feel safe there. A special mention for Tata Judith who made it so much easier for us, that she became almost essential. That's just what we needed, we'll definitely be back!

Very satisfied with my stay and is a very comfortable option for short or long-term stays. Arsène does a great job managing the communication from abroad and a very nice Michelle takes care of anything onsite if you need it. The place is exactly the same as the photos shared and perhaps better. The listed amenities are all there. AC units work great. There is a generator for backup power. The guest pays for electricity and gas for the generator. There were a few small issues that had to be sorted and fixed upon arrival but these were done extremely quickly and without any problems. I really appreciate the good communication between Michelle and Arsène. The area is far from the main part of the city but everything essential is close by. Good supermarket just up the road, lots of restaurants to choose from, fresh fruit vendors close, plenty of bars to choose from if desired, etc. Would definitely recommend and you won’t regret it

The place is nice except the closet that was falling apart and they didn’t even care to fix it! Also the check out was very bad! I called the host so many times since 6am to tell her I will be leaving by 9am and they didn’t respond. So I had to wait until 10am before I could get an answer in the meantime I called and texted her so many times since we couldn’t give the keys to the gate keepers and to no one else but to the host herself! So essentially she blocked us for more than 1 hour, It was horrible!

Patrick is a really good host, welcoming and always available. The studio is very central and easily accessible at any hour. I can only advise and I will come back to it

The place is well situated with easy access to shopping centers. Jacques is a wonderful host, always available to answer any immediate request from his guest.
