Guesthouse of approximately 50 square metres, located a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest urban area. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here. In the village there is a charming farm shop where you can buy lambskin, marmalades and chutney.

Cozy cottage on a small horse farm

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful place. The accommodation is close to the lake, close to the forest with access to hiking trails and a stone's throw from the Adventure Camp. The apartment, which has a private entrance and is located on the second floor, consists of one bedroom with double bed, two sleeping alcoves and kitchen with social areas. The bathroom has a shower. As a guest, you have access to a lush patio where there are barbecue facilities.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Treat yourself to a rest in a picturesque place! The property has a guest house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a gym and an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace, a pond and a beautiful garden.
