Great location on the water and perfect fit for 2 adults and 1 child. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Enjoyed the fire pit and even got to watch a rocket launch from the yard. Guest house was exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

This AirBnb is definitely one of the best I've stayed at! It was clean, and well maintained, as well as had many of the things you'd like to have accessible in your own home (soap, towels, kitchen utensils/spices) and we felt right at home in the cozy space! I adored how the home was decorated and felt right at home! When visiting Cocoa again, we'd love the opportunity to stay here again!

Peaceful, comfortable place with friendly hosts and animals; many places for walks, bike rides, and rollerblading (wish I'd brought mine); close drive to stores, restaurants and attractions; definitely would stay again; the cats were our favorites

First, let me explain this was my first experience with an AirBnb and I’m pleased. I did have trouble with entry because I just didn’t know any better and it was a late arrival. Lina assisted (thanks again!). The accommodation is clean and comfortable and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The location is perfect as it’s close to my family. And it’s reasonably priced. I have already requested a reservation for next year same weekend for the another family event. So, unless my family sets up guest quarters in their home, I keep Lina’s listing where I quickly find it.

Excellent place to stay for fishermen. Plenty of space for multiple boats. No worries for security.

We spent an absolutely unforgettable weekend at this Airbnb. It was more than just a place to stay ,it was a full experience. The space is beautiful, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful details. From the warm lighting to the perfectly chosen kitchenware, everything felt intentional and welcoming. The hosts are a lovely couple with a sweet baby and Lola, their adorable dog, who added an extra dose of charm to the stay. Their hospitality was exceptional. They made us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The instructions to find and access the property were clear and super helpful. This place radiates peace and warmth. It’s ideal for anyone looking for beauty, calm, and genuine care. If I could give more than 100 stars, I would. Thank you for such a magical stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Linda is an excellent host, from the snack basket, to the custom koozies, personal parking space, she truly has left no stone unturned. The living area is clean and spotless, has enormous shower, and ample kitchen supplied with anything you might need for your stay. As a 10 year super host, this was my first experience being hosted and I cannot say enough positive things about my stay, Linda has set the bar so high, I couldn't imagine staying any place better. Linda is retired from NASA and set us up with the launch schedule. We were lucky enough to wake up early and catch the most breathtaking rocket launch I've ever seen, right out the back door, definitely an unexpected bonus. The next time we are in Cocoa Beach we will definitely be back!

My husband and I needed a weekend away that wasn’t too far from home and Vasiliki’s home on the water was just what we needed! The home was tastefully decorated, adorable and spotless! We loved all the little touches including a welcome card, a well-stocked coffee bar, waters and a bottle of wine! Vicki was responsive and provided instructions on what to do and where to eat. If coming to the Melbourne area, we highly recommend you stay here!!

Tracee’s place was our little sanctuary during an absolute whirlwind of a weekend. It was super clean and functional, and we felt right at home there from the start. The location absolutely can’t be beat either! Tracee here self was an incredible host. Very present and welcoming, wish we could give more stars!!!

Desiree and Bryan were great hosts! We really enjoyed the space including the dock. We even got to see a rocket launch from the dock! The guest house felt brand new because it was so clean! Thank you Desiree and Bryan! We will definitely be returning-see you soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There was plenty of kitchenware. The beach is very close, and the “Ice Cream” café is just around the corner. The Romantic Cottage was better than we expected. Check in was easy, house was clean and comfortable and the shared pool and Florida room were a great bonus. The location was quiet while only being a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Squid Lips became a walkable favorite for food and drinks. We also enjoyed the quick walk to Brevardian Riverfront for a more upscale dinner. Janet and Allison were great hosts who made us feel more like friends than guests. We’re can’t wait to visit the Romantic Cottage again one day.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage! Sooo relaxing! The place was pretty and very cozy. The view was spectacular!! The place was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My husband and I are already discussing when we should go back! Looking forward to staying a little longer next time.

this was an amazing size space for me, my fiancé and 2 daughters. it wasn’t to big for them to get lost and into things. the shower and kitchen were amazing and cassandra was very nice!

Roger's cozy bungalow was just that. Cozy as could be! It quickly felt like home the moment we set our bags down. We loved having our own little space while on vacation. We wanted peace and quiet and that is what we got. Roger was very friendly and helpful with information upon arrival. During our stay he was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us just the right amount of privacy for us to escape reality and relax for the weekend. The yard is beautiful! Well kept with a variety of plants that amplify the Florida vibe I was craving. There is another rental on the property, which I was unaware of at the time of renting. Most likely something I overlooked, but felt worth mentioning, being privacy was my number one priority. However, there is plenty of space and the entry ways are very private. It is an old building, but we'll maintained. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Roger!!

The location was perfect, very walkable, and close to restaurants, bars, galleries, and shots. The flamingo studio was the perfect size for me, my husband, and 2 dogs. The common kitchen, outdoor dining/patio, and pool were such nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The total experience was excellent. Booked for the entire month of October, 2024. Checkin was simple, all through email. Entry codes arrived prior, very quick and smooth. Private structure, equivalent to a studio apartment or efficient unit. Private entrance, parking space, use of laundry facilities, nothing needed to bring other than your personal belongings. Pet friendly. Large, fenced yard available for use at any time. Wifi..smart tv..all appliances supplied. Friendly, accommodating, proactive hosts. Highly recommend for stay in Eau Gallie arts district of Melbourne. Minutes to beaches!
