Apartment vacation rentals in Sparks

My partner and I stayed here for his 37th birthday weekend. I loved it! It was clean, easy check-in, and was close to downtown. We will definitely stay again if available!

Came for a weekend wedding and the place was perfect for what we needed. Clean and quiet. Nice views of the mountains and city. Nice part of Reno next to the Truckee River. Would love to stay again if we find ourselves back up in Reno again.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I spent a weekend getaway here and it was lovely! Centrally located, very spacious, modern, and we had everything we needed! Counter was a wonderful host and very communicative. We really enjoyed our time and would happily return in the future!

The place was great, albeit small. But the kitchen set up used space well and made it easy to cook many meals and was still comfortable for 2 adults. The kitchen is stocked so well that we were able to cook as much as we love to. The beds are very comfortable. The one down side was the excessive knick knacks and fake plants. For such a small place, to take up every surface with decoration or fake plants made it hard to have even a shelf to put a computer down. We collected all that stuff and put it in the closet to make the counters and shelves useable.

Sean's place was exactly what my family and I needed for our trip to Virginia City! His place is much bigger than the photos show and the bathroom is huge! We would absolutely come back to stay next time we come to visit. His place is also a very short 7 minute drive to VC. Prime spot if you want to see some history and visit Tahoe. Great little place to stay, 12 min drive from Northstar and 3-5 min from shops and restaurants in Kings Beach. Stairs leading to the loft area could use a handrail, but they did specify that they're not suitable for children or the elderly, which is accurate! But the bed upstairs is super comfortable once you get up there. The sofa on the main level is not the same as pictured, but still comes out into a bed, although it's really only good for one person because the back center cushion doesn't come out and there's no actual mattress. But all in all this was a good place for a short stay, and the projector was awesome!

Absolutely Outstanding Stay! This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, truly spotless from top to bottom. The space was beautifully maintained, so well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect- quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. Alynn was such a sweet and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. All of the snacks and coffee were such a lovely personal touch that made us feel even more welcome. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will absolutely be back!

Excellent experience

Our stay was amazing , the unit felt private located in an area where I truly felt safe.The surroundings were far away from the strip to have some peace and quiet but close enough at the same time. The place itself was clean and had everything you could need. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely like to come back again and enjoy the pool once it’s open.

This was my first time at an airbnb and I’m glad we stayed at Joanna and not a hotel. Came to Reno for UNR and there was a lot of back and forth and the rental was 10 min in either direction to food campus,shopping and night life. Main bed and bathroom was clean and had brand new towels, bedding and pillows. Plenty of extra blankets. Thermostat works well. Sofa bed not great, springs poking and poach light shines in. Kept it on cause was not going to park in the dark slanted back lot so parked on street. Weird stain on under mattress and someone’s personal items fell out when we pulled it out. Had to move coffee table to pull it out and left it out due to hassle of removing bedding. Kitchen felt like home and was equipped and even had completely distilled water, seasonings and coffee though questionable. Had to prewash dishes cause they were sticky and not put away clean. Appreciated the thorough information and instructions Joanna provided. Left a day early and no refund offered.

The host was very helpful and communicative when I required some assistance. The apartment was clean and I never had any complaints about the neighbors or neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area and a decent jogging path along the river across the street.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The unit was sparklingly clean. The location is perfect in Northstar village, and we were able to park till 4PM after checking out which was very helpful. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This is a fabulous place. Much nicer and more well-appointed than the typical rental. Clearly, a lot of care and thought goes into designing and maintaining this apartment. Everything is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Tons of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking lot of the apartment touches the Village Run, making it extremely easy to ski in/ski out, and it’s right across from the Northstar Village, so it’s less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants and such. The host is very responsive, kind, and totally on top of everything. Would stay here again in a second, no hesitation.

Great location and host was very responsive. Quickly arranged for a new coffee machine when the existing one was broken.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Northstar condo! The location in the village was perfect — close to everything — and the unit itself was tastefully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The host was communicative and made the whole process easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sibin's place. We were on a cross-country roadtrip and wanted to relax and cook our own food for a few days. Sibin was very helpful during check-in. He made sure he was available for any questions that came up during that time which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the comfy space allowed us to just chill and relax. We would stay again. Thanks Sibin!

We had another Airbnb booked for the weekend, but when we arrived, we discovered smoke damage and had to find a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, we found Beth’s listing—and what a lifesaver! She responded immediately, allowed us to check in early, and even provided a parking pass so we could head straight to the slopes without any added stress. The place was cozy, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking with Beth again in the near future!
