The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. Enjoy your time in the ADK relaxing at our newly renovated, private and spacious home. This is a 4 season retreat. We have lake rights to Lake Pleasant-swimming, kayaking, or canoeing are only a 10 min walk. Please note: our lake access is shared with neighbors. Rent a boat for a day of fun. There is also plenty of hiking nearby. In the winter, enjoy the slopes, Oak Mountain is 5 mins away and Gore Mountain, only 30 mins. There is quick trail access for your snowmobile as well.

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.

Beautiful new cabin at the end of our country road with fabulous mountain views! Optional hot tub experience in our all natural cedar hot tub located nearby in Japanese temple. We also offer a optional Sauna Experience! Wood fired pizza offered at the main compound (most but not all nights). Gorgeous lake just three miles down the road. Five miles from Gore Mountain and three miles from Garnet Hill Lodge for cross country skiing.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
