I am Stefania , and this apartment is "my DREEM ". I have furnished it personally and the aim was to make your holiday a beautiful "dreem" because welcomed by so much Umbrian Warmth and details. Located near the parking , near a lot of shop, restaurant , church and work shop. It can accommodate four people, plus there is the possibility of two sofa beds for another three people. L'Uliveto is an apartment with a modern design, consisting of an open space kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is located in Bastia Umbra, a few kilometers from Assisi. The newly built apartment, with energy class A+, is equipped with the highest living standards (cooling and underfloor heating, motorized shutters, photovoltaic panels). The property also enjoys a 120 sqm garden, well-kept and furnished so that you can enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The loft is located in the historical centre of Assisi, near the main tourist attractions. The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
