Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. We offer a barrier-free, cozy 1 room kitchenette apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The beautiful old town of Heidelberg is about 9 km away. The train station is also a 15-minute walk. The place is good for couples, business travelers, small groups and families (4 people).

The apartment offers the perfect starting point for your Palatinate vacation: extended bike tours on the Rhine, varied hikes in the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine Valley or a nice city stroll through Speyer with its cathedral.

The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
