Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Spokane County

I was looking for something affordable for my wife and I to get away for a quick weekend. This was close to home within 2.5 hours, close to shopping and a nice peaceful place. The host was so nice, allowing late check-out and very helpful in our time of need. Our car battery died and she helped get us back on the road. I love when people are exceptional and go out of their way to help even when they are busy with other things. The place was very comfortable and cozy, providing options for snacks, drinks and small breakfast options. The bathroom was clean and offered a beautiful soaking tub with on demand hot water and clean white robes. This place is great for couples or a small family as it had the option for additional beds. We loved that it was on an equestrian training farm and we were able to watch the horses being trained; they are truly beautiful creatures. So thankful to stay here and we hope to return.

Beautiful and very clean space with everything I needed. The air system was a little tricky at first, but I finally figured it out. Very accessible to a conference I was attending at the Davenport Grand.

I have stayed at Charlaine's place several times now. She does a great job at making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in with a guide for everything, wifi password and complementary snacks and coffee. Her home is quiet and comfortable and it's so nice to have a place to be able to take my kitty each time we do a vet visit for his cancer. She is friendly and welcoming and the space is very spacious. I look forward to staying here each time we need to travel. She has quite a few dishes and cookware as well and the bed is super comfy.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed, the property is a second floor apartment which I did not learn from the listing. For two senior women wrangling luggage up the stairway was a challenge. That being said, everything else about the property was excellent.

Really close to convention center and anywhere from 5-15 min walk to a bunch of other great shops and eateries downtown. Street noise can be heard pretty clearly late at night and early morning from inside so if something like that would bother you, bring a noise machine. Beds were very comfortable.

Jake’s Place was an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always quick to reply and even followed up to make sure everything was going well during my stay. You can tell Jake really cares about creating a great experience for guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured in the listing—no surprises, just comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was lovely—safe and full of charm with great little restaurants, unique boutiques, and inspiring art spaces all within walking distance. Plus, being so close to a waterfall, river, and beautiful scenery made it feel like a peaceful retreat. I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend! Rebekah

Great location. We could walk to everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Convention center and Arena. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had minor issue with access but resolved promptly by a phone call. Appreciated having professional phone support. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had what we needed and TV apps allowed us to watch NCAA tournament games on East coast. Overall I would recommend.

This Loon Lake home is absolutely stunning!! Big and spacious for my family. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We rented for my son’s wedding, it was very close to the venue The wild rabbit. The kitchen was so big we had several people tasking with no problem.
