This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

We really enjoyed Gregg and Heather’s place. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location for getting to the arena! Gregg and Heather were great hosts and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable space to stay at and it was extremely secure so we felt safe while we stayed. Evelyn is such a kind lady as well! Thankful to have been able to stay here 🙏

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

This rental was perfect for our trip to Spokane! We came to participate in the Bloomsday run. It was very close to the freeway and made it super easy for me to get around. The entire unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in each room. It was quiet and spacious!

This is our second time staying at this place. Will certainly stay there next trip if it is available. Quiet, clean, comfortable and furnished perfectly. We stayed three weeks this time and cooked most of our meals at the property and had everything we needed to cook and store left overs. We would highly recommend this property.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Teya went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to shopping, Trader Joe's, Safeway and eateries, only a few blocks from Sacred Heart Hospital (much nicer stay than a hotel.) Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Teya's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

This place was so wonderful! The vintage atmosphere inside of the home was refreshing and overall cozy!

We loved our stay in the valley! The place was small, but comfortable and well thought out. Our dog loved making use of playing in the fully fenced yard too - which was a big perk. It felt central to everything we wanted to do.

Absolutely loved Everything . super clean patio beautiful TV in every room, bathroom s well stocked. Disposable plates and dinnerware, Coffee, spices all arranged beautifully.,Cozy enough space for my family, definitely will return. God bless Them. very thoughtful host

Spacious and clean, with a great yard for the dog. I really appreciated getting in a little bit early. Neighborhood is easy bike ride to downtown but a little dicey.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was the perfect time of year with a huge pop of color from the neighborhood trees. All the trees were covered with flowers. The neighborhood is safe and tree-lined and only a block away from the Perry market street with little shops and restaurants. Tons of charm. The host was super attentive and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable for my father in law as well as my husband and myself. Lots of fun little treasure to find throughout the house. I'm sure their garden will be exploding with beautiful flowers come May.

We were very impressed with how clean and spacious this place was! Perfect for us: two adults, a toddler and infant! They kindly had a pack n play for us so we had one less thing to pack and it fit easily in either room and there was plenty of space in one room for our toddlers air bed to fit. The hosts had thought of small details that made our stay even more enjoyable like coffee pods, sugar packets, beverages in the fridge and things like make up remover wipes in the bathroom! The host sent helpful instructions on how to check in and we were close by to anything we needed like a grocery store and coffee. We would stay here again when visiting family for sure!

Catherine was a great host and was very polite and responsive. The place was clean and had a nice patio, fully stocked kitchen. My friends and I were in town for a bike race and the mudroom worked well to keep our bikes inside. She even left us a note wishing us good luck in the race. Enough beds to go around, and even left us some nice snacks in the fridge. Water pressure in the shower was immaculate too. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cal’s place. The place is beautiful, well maintained and all you need for a comfortable trip. Location couldn’t be any better, in a quiet neighborhood two blocks away from 2 different supermarkets, walkable distance to a beautiful park and 5 minute drive to downtown and 8 minutes to the airport. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Really liked this place and I’d stay here again! Driveway didn’t work for me, if your car sits low you can’t open your doors. I just parked out front though so it didn’t matter much to me. The stairs inside are only a bit steep, but the carpet on them made them fine for me. I could see older people and kids struggling with them, but I’ve seen much worse. I love the old school vibes upstairs and then downstairs is all renovated and new, felt like I was time traveling, in a good way! Haha. Definitely liked this place!

Only spent one night here but loved it! Great space and amazing location close to the hospital and downtown. One thing to note is that you may hear frequent sirens with it being near the hospital. Didn’t bother us though!

I stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Condo was squeekey clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I worked and also had some family time. Condo was perfect for both. Sunrise, moonrise, and stargazing from balcony were all amazing! Patricia was an outstanding host, very responsive and thoughtful. She knew my young granddaughter would be spending some time with me, so she had some bubbles waiting for us and made sure we had current pool access. She also had fresh bouquet of local flowers and yummy muffins waiting for us. Overall wonderful experience!

Great place to stay if looking for a little bit of a remote getaway without being too far from a city. Garry and Kathy were great hosts. Lake access + provided kayaks are definitely the biggest perk of this Airbnb! I would recommend staying here.

Margaret and Max’s home was perfect for our weekend! It was very easy to get to, close to downtown but quiet and peaceful. We loved the neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and laundry was an added plus. We had everything we needed! We would stay here again in the future!

Kristin's place had all the amenities. It was small but we knew that going into the reservation. We enjoyed having wifi and we had great memories during our winter holiday. We appreciate Kristin opening her place to us over the week as it is difficult to find a place to stay at Mt Spokane.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to come home here after some really long days. It was clean, cozy and private with the cutest backyard to sit and relax. Gabriella's place had all the amenities, plus we each had our own rooms, and space to unwind. The garage parking and easy access to the freeway only added to our wonderful experience. Great place and great host! Look forward to staying here again when in town. Loved it!

Nathan was an amazing host. Super communicative, helpful, and friendly. The rental was spotless and easy to find/access. They left us a basket with extra snacks, a welcome card, and extra toiletries which came in handy! I would stay here again and again. The neighborhood was also very quiet and felt really safe which was important for me. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and stress free!
