I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

A lovely, lovely stay. Fabulous and kind hosts. Amazing breakfast. Spotless. Surrounded by nature. My only warning would be this is a great place if you are driving. If on foot +bags... start preparing now... the hill up to town is steep! It is walkable but it was definitely the least favourite part of my day. Thankfully the bus stop is fairly close at the top of the hill. Anyway, overall, I would whole-heartedly stay again. THANK YOU so much for an amazing stay.

Beautiful week in this house that gave us the tranquility we were looking for, equipped with everything you need and close to every service. Easy communication with Giuseppe, which we thank. There are plenty of places to visit nearby even for those with children.

Room with kitchenette and terrace overlooking the historic buildings and the city bell tower, very cozy and comfortable.

Everything was taken care of in the smallest of details The staff was super helpful, they recommended great restaurants and gave us some gems on the things to visit. Very clean room with attention to every detail, fantastic breakfast, all made at home, absolutely try ricotta cake and lemon, biscuits with almonds and wine taralli but also the other things are very good. Very convenient location, free parking on the property. We hope to be able to come back more calmly.

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. The bed and breakfast is very nice, clean, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The location is priceless, with a beautiful view of the valley. You can park your car in the reserved parking area. A fifteen-minute walk through historic streets with a medieval feel, very charming in the evening, takes you to the hist center... Thank you for the wonderful stay. I would love to return.

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful with farm products. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. We stayed 5 nights and served as a base to visit the Umbrian valley. Great solution for our family consisting of 3 adults, we had a room with 2 communicating rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.
