Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Spree

The hosts were so kind and warm, so I think it was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in..!! The space is well-organized and clean, so you can rest comfortably. In particular, it was convenient to use the subway, tram, and bus within a 5-minute walk.

The host is extremely friendly and welcoming, right away me and my friend felt very comfortable! We were treated as one of the roommates, with extreme trust and flexibility. There was no curfews, everyone got home and went to bed/woke up at whatever time they wanted, while keeping it quiet, however if you have an extremely light sleep it might cause some problems. The area of the place is also great, there’s an U-bahn right underneath and a bus next to it. There’s shops all around, a park and art galleries, so despite not being exactly in the center, there’s still lots to do! Every day we would wake up with birds chirping and sun shining in through the window - the most pleasant mornings I’ve had in a while! My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the shared spaces, it was a bit messy. Also, the apartment is situated on fourth floor with no elevator, so prepare for some leg work out! Generally, I’m very pleased with our choice of accommodation:)

We were very satisfied with our 5 bed room. Check-in was straightforward, staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Since we had booked a very early departure we had to get up and check out very early, which was not a problem as there is a key box for such cases. Also a taxi was ordered for us. The only point that was unfortunately not so nice was the bathroom. The doors of the shower cubicle did not close so well and there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, which is why the others could hear in the room. But the hotel is currently under renovation, so I think that will be improved soon.

Perfect spot for us, as we had a rental car, and wss between Berlin and Brandenburg. Room was fantastic, comfortable bed. We had the breakfast each morning and well worth it! Perfect spot to relax after traveling the area, or doing an athletic competition in Brandenburg We didnt take the train, however, the train stop is within walking distance. We did not hear the train while staying here, Thank you, we enjoyed our time in Grob Kreutz

Had a great stay at Marcellos place. Everything was fine, he always responded to questions very quick and friendly and the room as well as the amenities were clean and well equipped. No question- next time I will book again!

Everything was great except the woman I was put into contact with was rude to me about not responding to her previous texts and for not calling a day earlier to check in. She seemed angry to be texting me on her day off despite being the only point of contact I had. My lack of responsiveness is a fair criticism but if she had simply added into the check-in instructions on the Airbnb website that I needed to call someone a day ahead I would have been checking my Airbnb inbox more. Additionally, the number she was angry that I did not call was also not on the Airbnb description anywhere. Overall, it was a minor issue and otherwise my experience was great!

Amazing host, very essy to comunicate, pets friendly place, beautiful suroundings at the place. Short way to Berlin center (25min with motorcykle ;) ).
